A boy in a yellow vest stands beside a bed, reaching toward a red apple on a nightstand, then raises his arms in a dramatic gesture as the camera cuts to a close-up of a girl with blue eyes lying in bed, who then opens her eyes and yells. The scene takes place in a cluttered bedroom with a window showing a building exterior.
