Salt test

A man in a striped apron stands in a kitchen, repeatedly scooping a white, stringy substance from a large, steaming pot with a long-handled utensil and transferring it to a container he holds in his other hand. The scene takes place in a simple, functional kitchen with concrete floors and metal shelving in the background.
