He's gone...

A silver police car with blue and red markings is driving on a city street, following a yellow car and a red car. The police car pulls over, and two officers exit the vehicle and run toward a large white truck ahead, which is stopped in the middle of the road. The scene takes place on a multi-lane road with buildings and trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.
