Moving

A person in a dark jacket and light-colored pants stands on a wet road at night, facing a red traffic light, and repeatedly extends their right arm forward in a pushing motion. The scene is viewed from inside a vehicle, with the dashboard visible in the foreground, and a 4.5-meter height restriction sign is visible on the right.
