Three men in wheelchairs are in a park; one with blue hair is talking to another man in a wheelchair while a third man stands behind them adjusting his hair. The man with blue hair then turns his wheelchair and moves down a ramp towards a pond, where he plunges into the water, disappearing beneath the surface. The scene takes place outdoors in a park with trees, a pond, and buildings in the background.
