The Navy fucking goes hard

A man in a white shirt and black pants, wearing a light blue hat, dances in the middle of a paved area, moving his arms and legs in a rhythmic, exaggerated style while a crowd watches. Another man in a dark suit joins him, extending his arm with a hat in hand, and the two perform a synchronized dance move where the man in the white shirt leans back dramatically, almost falling, before returning to his original position.
