Two men are on a couch; one lies on his back while the other, wearing a blue shirt, repeatedly presses a white plastic fork into his chest and stomach area. The man on top leans over the other, holding the fork with both hands and pushing it down, while the man on the bottom remains still with his legs raised. The scene takes place on a green and yellow floral-patterned couch in a room with wooden flooring.
