A man covered in a thick, black, viscous substance runs and stumbles through a muddy, outdoor area, splashing the substance as he moves, while another person in the background records the event. The man, completely coated in the black substance, runs from a white vehicle, then turns and walks toward the camera, smiling and laughing, before running away again, with the substance dripping from his body.
