leaves are falling

A person in dark clothing is perched high in the bare branches of a tree on a city street, shifting their weight and moving their arms to maintain balance. After a few seconds, they drop down out of view behind the branches, and a person in a dark uniform appears on the ground below. The scene takes place on a street with cars and buildings in the background under a clear sky.
