What was that

A person runs across a multi-lane road at a crosswalk as a black car approaches and stops, then a red car passes. The person, who was crossing the road, falls to the ground in front of the stopped black car. Other pedestrians are on the sidewalk and at the crosswalk. The scene is an urban intersection with traffic and overhead wires.
