who are we

A close-up shows a man with a beard and mustache in a military uniform, looking down and slightly to the side, his mouth moving as if speaking or breathing heavily. In the dark background, another man with a serious expression looks up toward the first man. The scene remains static throughout the loop, with no significant movement or change in the subjects' positions or expressions.
