"at the wheel"

A black sedan performs a burnout, generating a large cloud of white smoke that envelops the vehicle and the surrounding area, while a crowd of spectators watches from the side of the road at night. The car remains stationary, spinning its rear wheels, as the smoke billows and obscures the scene, with the crowd observing from a distance under streetlights.
