Teamwork

A character in a dark, swampy environment moves forward and casts a glowing projectile, then the scene cuts to a 3D model of a tree-like character with a sword, followed by a cat with a digital overlay of the character's head, which is then replaced by a metallic, eye-like object as a person reaches toward it.
