Not a brother

A man in a dark shirt leans over a bed in a wooden cabin, interacting with someone lying down, while another man in a camouflage shirt sits on a bed in the foreground, watching. The man in the dark shirt moves around the bed, at one point lifting a leg, as the camera remains focused on the back of the man in the camouflage shirt.
