a cop and a cat

A cartoon character in a blue uniform and cap undergoes a rapid facial transformation from a wide, screaming expression to a furious, gritted-teeth scowl, then to a close-up of his open mouth revealing a red tongue, before the screen cuts to black with the text "КОПИКОТ". The setting is a plain, light-colored background.
