Little vitamin!

A young child in a patterned top and light pants dances in a dimly lit room with a wooden wardrobe and patterned floor, while an adult in blue shorts bends over in the foreground, moving rhythmically. The scene cuts to a man in a long coat standing in a stone-walled, dusty environment with two other men, looking upward with a tense expression, followed by a close-up of his face as he stares up, then a shot of a dark, misty area with faint lights.
