I'm back

A person with colorful dreadlocks and a light-colored shirt appears in a series of distorted, rapidly changing frames, with a large yellow graphic overlay, a close-up of a hand holding a thin object, and a figure superimposed on a larger figure against a colorful background. The scenes are set against a backdrop of abstract, shifting patterns and colors, with a consistent visual distortion effect.
