Flushed out the shaft

A person stands barefoot on a metal lever attached to a blue pipe, repeatedly pushing down with their foot to operate a hand pump, causing water to spray out from the top of the pipe; the scene is set outdoors on a construction site with concrete structures and scattered materials in the background.
