A man in a blue polo shirt stands in a crowd, raising his right index finger and opening his mouth as if shouting, while the surrounding people look up at him. The scene then cuts to a bald man in a dark suit standing in a hallway, looking down and to his left, with a uniformed officer standing rigidly beside him and another man visible in the background through a doorway.
