A dark-colored car flies through the air over a frozen lake, landing on the ice and breaking through the surface, causing a large crack to spread. A man in a blue jacket walks across the ice, then stumbles and falls into the water as the ice gives way beneath him. The scene takes place on a vast, snow-covered frozen lake under an overcast sky.
