Nothing

A blue-haired anime character generates a large, glowing blue energy sphere that expands and contracts, then unleashes a powerful beam of light. The sequence begins with a close-up of the character's face, transitions to the energy sphere forming around them, shows the beam being fired, and ends with a distorted, glitch-like effect.
