Washing water

Three individuals in white protective suits and hats pour various liquids from bottles into a river from a riverbank and an inflatable boat, while a man in a suit speaks to the camera holding a red bottle, and later a man in a protective suit and gas mask pours a substance into a blue barrel that emits a large cloud of white smoke. The setting is a river with a grassy bank and houses in the background.
