I'm fucking floored

A man in a white coat stands with his back to the camera, hands cuffed behind him, while two men in dark uniforms stand over a man in a beanie who is sitting on the floor, covering his face with his hands. The scene remains static throughout the loop, with the man on the floor occasionally shifting his hands slightly. The setting appears to be an indoor room with a window and a radiator.
