procedure

A young boy in a green plaid shirt and dark pants is suspended by a headgear harness attached to a ceiling-mounted pulley system, swinging back and forth in a loop. He moves from left to right and then back again, his legs swinging and arms outstretched, while a wheelchair and colorful toys are visible in the background of the room.
