Machine

A woman performs a barbell back squat inside a gym, repeatedly lowering her body into a deep squat and then driving back up to a standing position. She wears a grey top, black shorts, and knee sleeves, with earbuds in, while the barbell rests on her shoulders. The setting is a gym with blue walls and various weightlifting equipment, including a Hammer Strength machine.
