A black and white anime character with wide, teary eyes and a distressed expression is shown in a close-up, their face filling the frame as they look upward in apparent shock or fear. The scene cuts to a hand slamming a glass down on a surface, creating a "WHAM" sound effect, then returns to the character's face, which is now shown in a series of exaggerated, distorted close-ups with wide eyes and a trembling mouth, conveying intense emotional distress.
