Don't wank

An anime character with red eyes and a red and white outfit appears behind a chain-link fence, then transforms into a mirrored pair of characters in witch hats, who then pull down their sleeves before the scene cuts to a close-up of the character looking down, followed by a blurry motion of the character falling or being thrown, and finally returning to the character behind the fence.
