A man in a striped shirt and dark pants lies on a dusty ground, being held and moved by several standing individuals in military-style clothing; one man repeatedly pulls the man on the ground by his arms and legs while others stand around, some holding weapons, in a sunlit outdoor area with scattered debris and corrugated metal sheets.
