what is this?

A green crocheted hat with a yellow band is in the foreground, partially obscuring a screen displaying a scene from a television show featuring a small, green, alien-like child character in a dark, smoky environment. The hat moves slightly, and the image on the screen transitions from a full-color scene to a black-and-white, comic-book style filter.
