I'm not a musician

A man with short gray hair, wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt, leans forward over a table, smiling and speaking directly at the camera. In front of him are two bowls of food, one with pancakes and the other with a red dish, and a glass pitcher. He maintains this position throughout the loop, with his expression and mouth movements changing slightly as he speaks. The setting is a kitchen with patterned wallpaper and a door visible in the background.
