There's something on the escalator

A white, cloud-shaped cartoon character clings to the moving handrail of an escalator, its body swaying and shifting as it rides upward. The character's head turns and its limbs adjust in a looping motion, mimicking the ascent of the escalator in a shopping mall environment with visible signage and glass barriers.
