Three men stand at night near a police car with flashing red and blue lights; one man in a dark uniform holds a small object and looks down, while the other two, including a man in a reflective vest, look on. The scene shifts to a close-up of a young man with short hair standing beside the police car, holding a cigarette to his mouth and inhaling, with the flashing lights illuminating his face and the street behind him.
