Eugeo

A blonde-haired anime character with green eyes speaks, then the scene cuts to a close-up of two characters, one with blonde hair and one with black hair, looking at each other before their hands clasp together in a handshake. The scene shifts to show the two characters walking side-by-side through a town, then turning to face each other again in a room.
