NOT THE ONE

A blonde anime girl in a black shirt and jeans sits on a low wall beside a red vending machine on a city street, her right hand resting on a pole with a "No Smoking" sign, while a man in a white hat walks away in the background; the scene cuts to the same girl sitting in a chair indoors, looking out a large window, then to her standing outside a dimly lit shop at night, before looping back to the street scene.
