What?

A man with dark hair and a mustache, wearing a dark jacket and bow tie, stands in a dimly lit, rustic interior, likely a saloon or old building, with another man in a top hat visible in the background. He repeatedly brings his hands up to the sides of his head, then opens them outward with palms facing forward, his mouth moving as if speaking or exclaiming, in a continuous looping motion.
