A man in a dark shirt stands behind a bar, repeatedly reaching into a container and scooping a white substance, while another man in the foreground holds a glass and moves it slightly. The scene takes place in a dimly lit bar with a counter, a woman with blonde hair sitting at the bar, and a television screen visible in the background.
