Owl, open up

A person in a dark hooded jacket stands at the top of a short staircase leading down to a snow-lined sidewalk, repeatedly looking down the stairs and then up, appearing to hesitate or check their surroundings. The scene is set at night outside a building entrance, with parked cars and snowbanks visible in the background.
