I'm a punk

A black and white anime-style character with short hair and a bow tie appears in the lower left corner of a black screen, while the Japanese characters for "fear" (恐) and "heart" (心) are displayed in the center, illuminated by a bright light source. The scene alternates with a distorted, high-contrast black and white shot of a hallway with a figure in the distance, creating a looping sequence of a character's portrait and a blurry, unsettling environment.
