TO SAILORS....

A grey naval warship with the number 096 moves across the water, followed by a large explosion in the sea, then a close-up of a warship with the number 095, a submarine with a crew standing on deck, and finally a man in a white uniform standing on a small boat holding a red flag with a hammer and sickle. The setting is a body of water near a shoreline with buildings and trees.
