Dancing mayor

A group of people, including a man in a dark suit and tie, stand in a line inside a large hall with high ceilings and decorative balloons, performing a synchronized dance move by swaying their bodies and moving their arms in unison. The camera remains relatively steady, capturing the group's rhythmic movements as they continue the dance throughout the loop.
