Naswar, bro

A green, reptilian character with a grumpy expression wears a red plaid shirt and looks off-screen, while a small, pink, baby-like creature in a yellow onesie sits in a high chair, smiling and then closing its eyes contentedly. The scene cuts between the two characters, showing the adult's stern face and the baby's peaceful expression, before returning to the adult character.
