A two-tiered birthday cake with three lit candles appears, followed by a blue cat wearing a party hat with the text "It's your Birthday today!" above it. An orange cat then appears, licking the cake while the text changes to "There's a cat licking your birthday cake" and "It's your Birthday today!" before the scene resets.
