Neo and the Taxi

A man stands in the rain beside a car in a dark tunnel, then a car drives through a waterfall-like cascade of water under the tunnel arch, followed by a close-up of the man inside the car holding a gun, then a medical procedure on a person's abdomen, and finally a close-up of a syringe being filled with a clear liquid.
