the wolf whistles

A tall, slender cartoon bird in a black tuxedo sits at a table, then suddenly flies horizontally across the room with its legs extended, before returning to the table and dramatically flinging its arms upward in a theatrical gesture. The scene takes place in a dimly lit, hazy room with a round table and chairs.
