A black pickup truck carrying people and Georgian flags drives slowly down a wet city street, followed by a line of other vehicles, as pedestrians watch from the sidewalks and balconies. The truck moves forward through the rain-slicked road, passing older buildings and a modern brick structure, with individuals in the truck bed holding flags and a large object on the roof.
