A man in a dark suit and tie stands at a podium with two microphones, speaking and making slight head movements, positioned in front of a blue backdrop featuring a coat of arms and the flags of the European Union and Georgia. The scene then cuts to three men in traditional clothing sitting at a low table, with the man on the left gesturing while speaking and the man on the right looking down at a bowl of food.
