A man in a dark suit stands in front of a blue curtain, speaking and gesturing with his hands. To his left, a graphic displays two women with text about a "Coronavirus Challenge" and a Russian headline about bloggers being fined for the challenge. The man turns his head to the left as the scene transitions to a different man in a hat and vest standing at a podium.
