A man in a light-colored shirt sits at a table while a medical professional in a green surgical cap and gown administers an injection to his arm; another man in a dark suit stands nearby with his arms crossed, observing the procedure, as a television screen in the background displays a graphic of a hand receiving an injection, and the scene is set indoors against a backdrop with Georgian text and a flag.
