Horrors of War

A soldier in a desert environment aims a weapon, then the scene cuts to a close-up of a grotesque, exposed internal organ on a character's leg, which is then shot, causing sparks and a violent reaction. The setting is a snowy, war-torn area with stone structures and military equipment.
