save the tanks

A man with short brown hair and a red and black checkered shirt is shown from the chest up against a blue background. He looks directly at the camera, his mouth moving as if speaking, and his facial expression shifts slightly across the frames, showing subtle changes in his smile and eye movement. Text overlays in Russian and laughing emojis are present at the top of the frame.
